Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. is proud to announce the opening of our new location at 5498 Innovation Drive in Valley City, Ohio. Previously Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. had been in the same location for over 50 years in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. For the past 90+ years, Dunlop & Johnston has provided construction management , Program Consulting & Adminstration and general contracting services throughout the greater Cleveland and central Ohio area for a variety of recognized and high profile clientele. Our areas of influence and completed projects are in a wide array of public and private market segments: education, industrial, commercial, retail, institutional, & health care. Our reputation as a “On Schedule and On Budget” contractor is well known in the building industry. Dunlop & Johnston, Inc., has provided quality
services as construction managers, program consultants & program/project
administrators, general contractors and as a design/build company,
throughout Northern and Central Ohio since 1910. Our business and
reputation was built on a few simple ideas that centered around delivering
quality projects with a commitment and delivery of services, on time

| In 1910, John Dunlop & Frank Johnston Jr. emigrated from Scotland as carpenters and established their reputation for attention to detail and customer satisfaction. -With the Cleveland business
boom in the early 1910’s, D&J is asked to take total control
of projects early on as construction managers and/or general contractors.
