This project consisted of both an addition and renovations to the existing building. The entire interior of the existing building was gutted and replaced. The existing building not only housed the busses and maintenance equipment, but also the offices for the transportation department. Both the garage and office areas were included in this project. The renovation of the office areas demanded tremendous coordination with the owner’s staff and equipment. Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. was able to work with the owner to provide the necessary accommodations during the process. Constant communication was very important to both the Owner and to Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. The relationships that were established during that job were the keys to its successful completion.
