This allows the owner to award a single-source contract for the completion of their building, with Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. responsible for the design services and the completion of construction. Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. has a reputation for developing a team approach, partnering with the architects and designers for all of our projects.

The Design Build project delivery method can be used in conjunction with a Construction Management agreement or when Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. is to function as a General Contractor. In either arrangement Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. is able to act on the behalf of the owner and provide the full services of a design firm and the completion of construction. While all projects taken on by Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. benefit from the partnering and team building approach, Design Build projects rely on it.
