As a General Contractor, Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. primarily serves the greater Cleveland and Central Ohio areas. A large amount of the work that we perform is from repeat clients that have been satisfied in the past. Our attention to detail is one of the key reasons that our clients have returned to work with us. Whether a project is awarded as the result of negotiations or a bidding process, Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. takes the commitment to heart. Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. has approximately 25 office and support members that are dedicated to the successful completion of all projects we are awarded. A project-specific team is put together for each project, typically this team consists of an Estimator, Project Manager, and Superintendent. The Estimator is generally the first team member to be involved with the project and provides detailed analyses of the buildability and requirements for materials, labor, and capitol to complete the project. The Project Manager and Superintendent are the two frontline team members responsible for the completion of the project. Together they will develop a plan, communicate that plan to the owner and his representatives, and then implement the plan to meet the goals of the project. Each of the above team members will be receiving the full support of the Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. office staff and management to complete all requirements to the benefit of the owner. The project team may also include other members depending on the size and complexity of the project. Project Engineers may be utilized to provide the Project Manager with more time to focus on developing and executing the planned progress. Other staff members may be involved in the project on an "as needed" basis.

We utilize impressive estimating software as well as scheduling and coordination software. These tools aid our ability to complete the project to the satisfaction of the owner.
