Norfolk Southern contracted with Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. to construct an Administrative Office building as well as a Maintenance Building at their Ashtabula Coal Dock facility. The maintenance facility included a steel beam reinforced wearing surface in the floor, oil/water separation in the sanitary system, overhead and jib cranes, and a compressed air system to support the maintenance of their extremely large tracked earthmoving equipment. D&J was so successful in completing this project on time, that Norfolk Southern contracted with us to complete a similar 4 building project in Columbus, Ohio just thereafter.
