Project Details
This project consisted of a 27,882 square foot renovation of the existing facilities and a 3,676 SF addition. The project is centrally located on the first floor in the building and there are dorm rooms on both sides and above. One of the largest challenges on the project was working in an active dormitory facility, therefore the project required constant coordination and communication with the resident services and project team to keep the work moving forward with minimal disruptions.
