Project Details
Following up the Canteen Kitchen project which provided a new food court, our crews demolished the existing food court and adjacent offices and converted the space into a new retail area and recreation hall for use by the veterans in the facility.
Continuation of the two common corridors at the north and south of the project provided the greatest challenge to the project as access by one corridor had to be maintained at all times as a continuation of finishes from one contract to another occurred at the project boundary lines. By working not only with the VA but also with other general contractors on site the project was completed on schedule with a seamless appearance to the common areas.
